Getting started

Anupam

Yes. The practice is for anyone who wants to feel strong again. The food guidance happens to understand Indian cooking well, because that's the food I know best, but it works from whatever you already eat. You don't need to change your kitchen to belong here.

Every session has modifications for different levels. You start where you are. The only requirement is that you show up.

Just a yoga mat and enough space to move. Some sessions may optionally use resistance bands, but they're not required.

The practice

The membership gives you five live sessions a week, but you decide how many you make. Some weeks you'll do all five, some weeks two. The small group is there whenever you can join.

Sessions run early morning and late evening, timed to fit before your workday starts or after it ends.

Life happens. We'll help you stay on track, and the group is there the next day.

No. The diet guidance works with your actual food, not against it. We start from how you already eat and make practical adjustments. No meal plans that ignore dal-chawal, no protein shake prescriptions, no guilt about ghee.

No. Ojjasya doesn't sell meal plans or supplements. Diet guidance is included in the membership, and it's about adjusting the food you already cook, nothing to buy on the side.

Membership & money

$99 a month. One flat price for all five live sessions a week, the diet consultation, and the small group. No tiers. No free trial.

Anupam

There's no contract. You pay monthly and you can cancel anytime.

If something isn't working for you, talk to me before you cancel. I would rather understand what's wrong and try to fix it than hide behind a policy.
